Return Policy
At Rhodes Mosaic, every piece is chosen or created with care. We hope you love your selections, but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
● Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
● With all original tags and packaging intact
● Free of stains, scents, or signs of wear
Final Sale Items
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sale items, promotional purchases, special releases, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please review item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Email us at support@rhodesmosaic.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost returns.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, we suggest returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
