I grew up between Toronto and Trinidad, carrying with me fragments of memory, ritual, and colour. Rhodes Mosaic is the language I have shaped from those roots, quiet, feminine, and enduring. Each piece is designed to move fluidly between worlds, meant to be lived in, not explained.

Founder and creative director of Rhodes Mosaic, SD Quashie is a designer, curator, and storyteller whose work honours the in-between. Raised in the richly multicultural fabric of Toronto and the Caribbean, she designs for women celebrated by the culture of curiosity and enjoyment, women who move through the world with quiet power, complexity, and grace.
